 Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, well-rinsed & mashed (I put them in my magic bullet)
1 egg
1/2 red onion, finely diced
2 green onion, chopped
1 small zuchinni, grated
1 small carrot
3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (or cilantro paste)
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (or more depending on how spicy you like your burgers)
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup quick oats
2 tbsp olive oil

Combine all ingredients and make into patties.
Fry in a pan on medium heat for about 5-7 mins a side.

Makes 6-8 patties
OR if burgers aren't really your thing, crumble up the patties and put it in a wrap!

Take out the egg, add a little extra peanut butter and make your burgers completely vegan!
