Ingredients:

1 regular box of oreo type cookies
1 eight ounce package of cream cheese
2 eight ounce packages of semi sweet baking chocolate
1 package of white chocolate chips

Crush entire package of cookies in a bowl, leaving some larger chunks of cookie.
Scoop out 1/2 a cup of the crumbs and set aside.

Soften cream cheese in microwave for a few seconds.
Mix in cookie crumbs evenly.
Roll into small balls, place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper, and place in refrigerator until you have prepared your chocolate

Melt both packages of semi sweet chocolate with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cover truffles in melted chocolate and place back on waxed paper, in the refrigerator, until cooled.

Melt package of white chocolate chips with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Drizzle white chocolate over truffles then quickly sprinkle them with the 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs that were set aside earlier.

Place in refrigerator until chocolate is completely hardened.

Store in freezer until 1 hour before serving.
Best served chilled.
