Ingredients:

1cup Peanut Butter
1cup Icing Sugar
2 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
2-4 8oz packages of semi sweet chocolate

Use muffin tins as your peanut butter cup molds
Recipe will make approx. 3 dozen cups depending on how large you decide to make them.

Combine peanut butter, icing sugar, margarine, brown sugar and vanilla.
Roll into small balls and flatten to desired thickness.

Melt semi sweet chocolate with 1 tsp of butter
Add a small layer of melted chocolate to the bottom of each paper cup.
Layer flattened peanut butter ball on top of the layer of melted chocolate.
Top with another layer of chocolate.

Refrigerate until hardened.

When completely hardened, remove from muffin tins and cut off access paper cup from around the top of the peanut butter treats.

Store in refrigerator/freezer.
Thaw to room temp. before serving.
